Job summary

Kohl's is seeking associates to ensure a clean, safe store environment and provide excellent customer experiences. You will perform daily cleaning, follow approved procedures, and support stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with products and services, and completing required training. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) per Kohl’s standards.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Complete basic equipment maintenance and training as required
