Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking team members to maintain a safe, clean store environment and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will perform daily cleaning, assist with stockroom operations, and engage customers to provide service and product assistance.

The role requires the ability to multi-task, excellent communication, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior retail experience is required and candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl’s standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies and replenish when low.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team.
• Support operations to receive and process product and omni channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
