Job summary

Kohl's is hiring for an Early Morning Associate to help keep the store safe and clean and to provide an excellent customer experience. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, manage stockroom operations, and assist customers with products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and methods.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies and rotate/store safely.
• Complete required training for chemical handling and equipment.
• Support operations by receiving product and handling stockroom tasks.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
