Job summary

Kohl's is seeking store associates to maintain a safe, clean shopping environment and deliver exceptional customer service. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with stockroom operations, and greet customers to offer help with products and services.

Roles require flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with morning shifts starting between 8am and noon. Training on chemicals, equipment, and safety is provided and required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment for safety.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
