Job summary

Kohl's is hiring an Early Morning Associate to keep the store clean and safe. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and support store operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, restrooms, windows, etc.) per Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, rotate stocks and store chemicals properly.
• Complete required training for chemical handling and equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the team.
• Assist operations with receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
