Job summary

Kohl's is hiring for an associate role focused on cleaning and store sanitation to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers. You will perform daily cleaning tasks across floors, restrooms, windows, and more, while handling stockroom support and basic omni-channel fulfillment when needed.

Responsibilities include using approved chemicals and equipment, maintaining supplies, completing required trainings, and engaging customers with friendly service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: client facing retail or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies and rotate stock as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support operations: receive/process product, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
