Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a dedicated associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment and support daily operations. You will perform cleaning tasks, handle chemicals safely, replenish supplies, and assist customers with a welcoming attitude.

Role requires starting at 6am and working flexible shifts including nights and weekends. No prior retail experience is required, but reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved Chemicals, supplies and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain supplies by reordering when low and rotate/store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use Kohl's tools/tech to plan, communicate and share information with team.
• Support stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
