Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Store Planning & Integration Manager to translate enterprise initiatives and Long-Range Plan items into a cohesive view of store capacity and timing, through the lens of the associate and customer experience. You will maintain the store capacity and mindshare calendar, gather inputs from cross-functional partners, analyze impacts, and prepare leadership-ready summaries and materials.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience in store management, store operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Analytics, or related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated store capacity and mindshare calendar reflecting initiatives and activities.
• Gather information on enterprise initiatives that may affect stores and schedules.
• Partner with EPMO, Strategy, and business functions to understand timing and impacts.
• Translate initiative information into a clear view of workload, capacity demands, and sequencing.
• Identify peak activity periods and provide analyses to support planning discussions.
• Use reporting systems to evaluate store impacts and measure success criteria.
• Support strategic planning activities by consolidating inputs and maintaining visibility to future work.
• Coordinate the Store Support Committee program, including meetings and communications.
• Consolidate field feedback and Voice of the Associate themes for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to align planning with the associate journey program.
• Provide Store Operations subject-matter expertise during requirements gathering.
• Develop summaries and materials to support capacity-planning discussions for leadership.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the enterprise.
• Lead or support annual updates for Store Operations and related initiatives.
