Qualifications

• Assist in implementing sound accounting decisions consistent with Town Pump standards.
• Maintain store records, invoicing, and payroll-related entries.
• Balance cash, inventories, and daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with office procedures, vendor invoicing, and data entry.
• Maintain security of store assets and control of cash, fuel, and inventories.
• Process accounts receivable transactions and deposit slips; closeouts.
• Complete store paperwork including daily reports, purchases, markups/downs, and inventory adjustments.
• Record sales and purchases, balance store records to office reports, and verify timecards for payroll.
• Order office supplies and enter purchases into the computer.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
