Town Pump Company is seeking a motivated Store Bookkeeper to join our team. The role supports store management with accounting tasks including vendor invoicing, data entry, cash handling, and payroll timecards.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ability to balance cash and deposits.
• Familiarity with store operations and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in accounting decisions aligned with Town Pump standards.
• Balance store records to office reports and verify timecards for payroll.
• Close out and deposit transactions for accounts receivable and banking.
• Prepare store paperwork including daily reports, purchases, mark-ups, and inventory adjustments.
• Enter purchases and sales in the store system; audit costs and prices.
