Qualifications

• Assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in office procedures, vendor invoicing, computer data entries, and shortage controls.
• Maintain security of store assets and balance store records with office reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in implementing accounting decisions aligned with Town Pump standards.
• Balance store records to office reports and verify timecards for payroll.
• Complete store paperwork, daily reports, purchases, mark-ups/downs, and inventory adjustments.
• Process store invoices, audit costs and retail price, and enter purchases into the computer.
• Record sales and purchases in the running books and ensure proper cash handling and deposits.
