• Experience with office procedures, vendor invoicing, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in accounting decisions and procedures.
• Set an example of professionalism and teamwork in store operations.
• Prioritize and follow up on office tasks.
• Maintain security of store assets and balance cash, fuel, and inventories.
• Process accounts receivable transactions and deposits.
• Complete store paperwork and inventory adjustments.
• Order office supplies and enter purchases into the computer.
• Record sales and purchases and balance store records for payroll timecards.
