Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools and resources.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in developing store client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Execute talent strategy with GM to build and develop a customer-centric team.
• Drive recruiting activities and engage in ongoing coaching and development.
• Maintain productivity and control inventory to achieve shrink goals.
• Promote use of new selling techniques and omnichannel initiatives.
• Uphold company policies and standards across all store operations.
