Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Retail management experience in high-volume environments preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Able to stand, walk, and manage inventory processes.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and travel as needed.
• Proven track record of building relationships and achieving store goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store.
• Educate the team on sales and profit performance tools.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in store client development strategy and community outreach.
• Execute talent strategy and develop a customer-focused team.
• Drive networking and recruitment activities in the market.
• Engage in talent development conversations, coaching and feedback.
• Maintain productivity standards including inventory control to meet shrink goals.
• Champion use of new technology for selling techniques.
• Uphold all company policies.
• Provide feedback to leadership on high profit potential and trends.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards exceed expectations.
