You will partner with the Store Director, own key areas like VM, operations, HR, service and selling, and ensure top performance. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts and strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director to maximize profitability and brand loyalty.
• Own your designated division and manage store operations, systems and technology.
• Support recruiting, training, and development efforts for the team.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into other roles on the sales floor as needed.
