Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to support all aspects of store operations, from stocking to bakery and non-food merchandising. You will engage with customers, maintain cleanliness across the store, and contribute to efficient promotions daily.

The role requires a flexible schedule, physical capability to lift 50 pounds, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to high-quality, low-price shopping is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds+.
• Reach above head to heights > 10 inches.
• Flexible to start at 5am or finish at 11pm, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and friendly communication.
• Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive, maintaining a quick pace.
• Provide excellent customer service, on registers and store-wide assistance.
• Keep store clean and organized from parking lot to breakroom and warehouse.
• Learn bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setup tasks to expand knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks as a team.
