Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to keep our stores running smoothly, delivering fast, customer-focused service across checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions in a single shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and reach above head height regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy and leaves them excited to shop at Lidl again.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas to meet quality standards.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Create a smooth checkout by operating the register quickly and accurately and memorizing PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Help keep inventory accurate and minimize stock loss with inventory controls.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines for a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks and ensure smooth next-shift operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
