Job summary

Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to support every aspect of daily operations—from checkout to stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions. You will work in a dynamic, team-based setting with clear efficiency standards, delivering a fast, customer-focused experience across shifts.

Role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn multiple roles quickly in a fast-paced store setting. Physical work including lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, efficient checkout experience.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas for quality and presentation.
• Set up promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Handle returns and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
• Help keep inventory accurate and minimize stock losses.
