Job summary

Lidl US is seeking Store Associates to support all daily operations, from checkout to stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You’ll handle customer interactions, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure accurate pricing and signage while meeting productivity goals and safety standards. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and reach overhead as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following streamlined processes.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food displays and promote weekly offers with accurate signage.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across store areas.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, memorize PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Follow safety procedures and support smooth daily operations.
