Total Wine & More stores in Tulsa, OK are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive shopping experience for adults’ beverages and more. The role focuses on leading a sales-driven team while delivering exceptional customer care.

You will supervise daily operations, including payroll, inventory, merchandising, and vendor relations, ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs)
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team
• Support day-to-day operations, including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
