Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Team Member (Merchandiser) in Tulsa, OK to help maximize inventory, support online orders, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, build displays, manage stock, and assist with curbside and delivery services as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-3 years in retail. familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is preferred. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders.
• Greet customers, inform about products and services, and provide exceptional service.
