Old Navy in New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Manager who sets the store tone, leads the team, and helps bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Working with the General Manager, you will coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience, execute store strategy, and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience 1–3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Passionate about retail in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals.
• Lead and mentor others to grow through coaching.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand competition.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel for a frictionless customer experience.
