HOKA in West Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving store goals. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, improve conversion and NPS, and model the HOKA Brand values on the floor.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, manage visual merchandising, schedule labor, protect assets, and ensure a superior customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey brand vision.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people and resources.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As the Assistant Store Manager, you drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• You set targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift.
• You ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business and prioritize programs that enhance the customer journey.
• You take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the store, including training, visual merchandising, opening and closing, securing assets, planning and preparing labor schedules, maintaining security, managing inventory and cash controls, and serving as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• You assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of team members who drive brand awareness and education while providing excellent service.
• You maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude and invite all customers into the HOKA community through exceptional service.
