Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years minimum retail store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS.
• Set targets and motivate team to achieve goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, training, opening/closing, security, labor planning, inventory and cash controls.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members.
• Provide exceptional service and community engagement.
