You will guide a team of brand advocates, support merchandising, and assist in hiring and training while ensuring consistent standards and service across the store. This role supports growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and store operations.
• Create exceptional customer experiences with a strong client focus and collaboration.
• Assist in visual merchandising to implement brand directives.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies and practices.
