Total Wine & More in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a customer-focused team, and manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume store. You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in team development, training, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

The position emphasizes leadership, adherence to alcohol regulations, and delivering best-in-class service to expand our customer base and profitability.

Qualifications

1-3 years of work experience and 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting.
Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team and develop product knowledge and sales skills.
Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
