Responsibilities

• Safety and welfare of employees and customers is primary.
• Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experience and service standards.
• Provide service training and leadership to staff.
• In absence of Store Manager, assume full store operations responsibility.
• Handle POS transactions per policy and procedure (sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty).
• Manage inventory controls including shipping/receiving, pricing changes, markdowns, and inventory counts.
• Oversee floor merchandising, housekeeping, promotions, and signage adherence.
• Ensure payroll compliance including scheduling and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports while enforcing operational standards.
• Support loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop understanding of day-to-day store operations.
