Evansville Goodwill in Indiana is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train and supervise team members, and foster growth for employees, volunteers, and donors in line with our mission.

This full-time role offers an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, weekend availability, and an hourly rate of $14.25. You’ll greet customers, process donations, and help ensure accurate inventory and positive experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer contingent upon successful drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Train and supervise team members, and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
• Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and statistical reporting; ensure timely completion of activity reports and accurate donation counts.
• Support team operations, perform janitorial duties, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining punctuality and dependability.
