Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. seeks a Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in daily processing operations and to help develop team members, volunteers and clients. You will play a key role in delivering positive customer experiences and upholding Goodwill’s mission.

This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $14.25 and requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability. You will train staff, manage donations, and assist with scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, with flexibility to accommodate diverse communication styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive engagement with the public, department staff, and individuals with varying needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Train and supervise team members, and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
