Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to assist the Store Manager with daily processing and staff development within the Donated Goods Retail Operations team.

You will help identify growth opportunities for employees in support of Goodwill’s mission and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role is full-time, with an hourly rate of $14.25 and a 40-hour week, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer contingent on drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store operations and product inquiries to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and reporting; ensure timely activity reports and donation counts.
• Support team operations and perform janitorial duties in a fast-paced environment, maintaining punctuality and dependability.
