You will recruit and train team members, coach staff per policy, and help meet financial objectives while maintaining safety standards and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software.
