You’ll drive profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, and collaborate with the GM/ AGM to execute the store strategy for a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach Leads and Brand Associates, prioritize store-wide initiatives, and uphold brand standards while working a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
