URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. invites an Assistant Manager to join our Bellevue store team and lead exceptional customer experiences daily.

You will oversee service standards, partner with Visual Merchandising, and manage omni-channel operations while developing a diverse, high-performing team to meet store goals and uphold brand standards.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for fashion and guest engagement, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient and personalized experiences; interprets feedback to improve interactions.
• Partners with Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging visual experiences that appeal to URBN customers.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Actively participates as floor service leader, guiding the team to prioritize customer experience and store objectives.
• Onboards new hires and fosters continual development; provides timely feedback for growth.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting and retaining a diverse, engaged team.
• Participates in daily opening/closing procedures and supports shipment processing, restocking, and product placement while maintaining visual standards.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, safety standards, and adherence to policies to support store profitability.
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging across the team; encourages ongoing learning and growth.
