Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through store operations and customer experience.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and analyze retail competition.
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel tools.
