Job summary

Athleta in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and bring our brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales through customer experience, merchandising, and talent development, working with the General Manager to deliver a best-in-class shopping environment.

You will recruit and coach a brand team, own areas of responsibility, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset and effective operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
