• Ability to recruit, coach and develop store staff.
• Excellent customer service mindset and drive to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and results with a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own area of responsibility and implement improvement plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
