Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth across customer interactions, product operations, merchandising and talent development.

You will partner with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, ensuring a best-in-class experience and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience or supervisory role.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Able to coach and develop leads and brand associates.

Responsibilities

• Set the store tone and lead the team to deliver the brand experience.
• Drive profitable sales growth through customer, product, merchandising and talent processes.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM; coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates.
• Recruit, hire and develop productive teams.
• Execute store strategy to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
