Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite service is delivered to all customers.
• Evaluates the efficiency and productivity of team members in creating positive customer experiences.
• Resolves customer disputes and complaints to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Creates a customer-focused environment in all store areas and maintains a clean, professional store.
• Establishes processes for customer flow to improve service and deliver quality products.
• Provides training and development of team members on assigned shifts.
• Interviews job applicants and assists Store Manager with hiring.
• Coaches and provides feedback to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Maintains communication with Store Lead Consultant/production team to meet deadlines and quality checks.
• Oversees shipping-related services and activities.
• Communicates store goals and performance metrics to the Store Manager and team.
• Assists with payroll review, POS close-out, and other administrative duties.
