POSITION OBJECTIVES:

• Provide excellent customer service and well-organized stores to support our programs.
• Meet sales and income budgets while managing expenses.
• Create a positive environment for ARC beneficiaries through collaboration with program staff.
• Implement effective Work Therapy Assignments to support beneficiaries' progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR, proof of insurance, access to a vehicle.
• Background check clearance.
• Effective communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Partner with the Store Manager in daily operations.
2. Manage store operations and personnel in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Monitor performance indicators to drive sales and profitability.
4. Schedule staff and oversee payroll records.
5. Assist in hiring, training, and performance coaching.
6. Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction.
7. Support Back Room Processing and inventory management.
8. Supervise program beneficiaries during Work Therapy.
9. Protect store assets and ensure safety and security protocols.
10. Participate in safety meetings and report incidents.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
