Position Objectives

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain organized stores to support our programs.
• Meet sales and income targets while managing expenses.
• Create a positive environment for program beneficiaries through collaboration.
• Implement effective Work Therapy Assignments to support beneficiaries' progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR, and access to a vehicle.
• Background check clearance.
• Effective communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks.

Essential Duties
