This role oversees store activities in the Store Manager's absence, helps implement company standards, trains and develops staff, and collaborates on scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control.

• Lead day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager in achieving goals.

• Support merchandising, inventory, and backstock management, including counts.
