Job summary

Top Card Ace Hardware is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and align with company goals. You will lead the team in delivering superior customer service, resolve customer issues, and support the Store Manager in all operational aspects.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior retail leadership and hardware experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide top-tier, helpful service.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Open and close the store.
• Assist Store Manager on store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising on the sales floor and outdoor areas.
• Ensure weekly price changes and labeling are accurate.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, coaching Sales Associates and Cashiers.
