Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional retail experience required.
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving/stocking experience preferred.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and model T.R.E.A.T. behavior.
• Bridge customer service with corporate support for issue resolution.
• Promote company initiatives and manage schedules for the area.
• Lead and support the team to ensure task completion and growth.
• Assist in training store associates and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and backroom stock control.
• Handle transfers, returns, and adherence to policies.
• Oversee store operations during openings/closings when needed.
