You will oversee daily operations and merchandising for assigned areas, ensuring smooth freight flow and outstanding customer experiences under a Team Leader. This role serves as a development path toward future OSJL leadership opportunities.

You will engage in coaching, scheduling, and training to elevate the store team, while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience required.
• Customer service and training experience preferred.
• Experience in ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates and growth across all levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage, ticketing, and backroom stock management.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and daily manifests.
• Identify, separate, and display priority items effectively.
• Handle packaways, returns, transfers, recalls per company policies.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• When designated, supervise store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
