Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional retail experience.
• Customer service and training experience preferred.
• Experience in merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Qlik.
• Availability nights and weekends.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and merchandising for assigned areas.
• Maintain freight flow and exceptional customer experiences.
• Create work schedules and supervise a team.
• Assist training and growth opportunities.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and signage.
• Open/close procedures when designated.
• Operate cash register as needed.
• Uphold safety and maintenance standards.
