Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail required.
• Customer service experience and training experience preferred.
• Experience in merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking and maintenance preferred.
• Computer skills including Google platform and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service.
• Promote Company-wide customer initiatives (e.g., donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for your assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates in your area, fostering opportunities for growth.
• Manage merchandise presentation, ensuring timely adherence to Company guidelines.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
