Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience required.
• Prior customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving/stocking experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (Google Workspace, email, Docs/Sheets) and data tools (Qlik).

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for issue resolution.
• Promote company initiatives and programs to customers.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure task completion.
• Assist with training of store associates to foster growth.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure timely adherence to guidelines.
• Verify pricing, report discrepancies, and perform daily manifest checks.
• Handle packaways, returns, transfers, and recalls per company policy.
• Supervise store operations when designated, including opening/closing procedures.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
