The position emphasizes customer service, team guidance, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on growth opportunities and hands-on training within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years professional experience in other retail environments required.
• Prior customer service experience, training experience, and prior merchandise ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintenance experience in other retail environments is preferred.
• Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service in assigned area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to team to ensure task completion and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Support training for store associates, fostering opportunities for growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage and ticketing, manage backroom stock and sales floor flow.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
