Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments.
• Customer service experience, training experience, and merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Computer skills including Google Workspace and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele and foster a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives, donations, loyalty programs and promotions.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion and a collaborative environment.
• Support training for store associates to enable growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain signage, ticketing, backroom stock, and sales floor flow.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
• Identify, separate, and display priority items effectively.
• Handle packouts, returns, transfers, recalls per company policies.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• Supervise store operations when designated, including opening/closing procedures.
