Qualifications

• 1+ years pro retail experience.
• Experience in customer service and training helpful.
• Experience ordering, receiving, stocking, upkeep preferred.
• Availability nights and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates and promote growth.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage.
• Verify pricing, handle shipments and returns per policy.
• Supervise store operations during openings and closings when designated.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
